Support the efforts of Singapore’s first wildlife rescue center run by a non-profit and learn about local species and the illegal wildlife trade. Interns at ACRES will support daily animal care, including food preparation and distribution, cleaning and maintenance of enclosures, enrichment activities, and educational outreach. Interns with prior experience may also be able to support rescue operations and volunteer vet care.

Interns will gain hands-on experience working with animals at one of the parks run by Wildlife Reserves Singapore (Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari, Singapore Zoo). Interns will support daily animal husbandry, including preparing food and feeding animals, cleaning animal facilities, behavioral and environmental enrichment improvements, and other tasks as needed.
