Sustainability and Environmental Policy in Barcelona | Barcelona, Spain

More photos of this internship may be found here.

Barcelona has implemented several eco-friendly policies related to water usage, waste, and mobility, including the Superblock model, which has reduced the amount of public space for vehicles, reclaiming it for the people with their successful “Let’s Fill the Streets with Life” program. Opportunities include environmental engineering, urban planning, alternative energy, climate change, public policy and more.

Explore one of Europe’s most exciting cities while gaining professional work experience. With gorgeous beaches, Mediterranean cuisine, architectural masterpieces, and a thriving cultural scene, you will be sure to fall in love with Barcelona!
