“My apprehension before going was that I wouldn’t be able to contribute much to the company knowing that my major was in accounting. Everyone at my company was really helpful and within the first week I was making contributions. Overall, I completed multiple dog informational blogs and able to contribute a lot to the company. I worked across both above the line and below the line marketing initiatives, where I successfully grew the social media followers for the site and added informational blogs to the website. Helping to spread the brand and website was my primary goal and accomplishment. This company was a small, five-person operation, which was a big change from where I worked this summer. However, I worked closely with my co-workers and made great connections. I got great reviews from my boss, and it was a good experience to work in such a small company.”
